Can't answer my calls

[Android Central Question]

I've reset my settings to single tap swipe and still can't answer my calls. I hear them but I push the green circle and it stops. SO frustrating! I'm about to switch to Apple for the first time!!!!!

Have you tried safe mode ? I'm assuming it's a Samsung device

Welcome to Android Central! Are you sure you're not supposed to swipe the answer button instead of tapping it?

i am having same problem when phone icon shows at bottom of screen..cannot answer with any move.

Which phone do you have? Can you show us a screenshot?
