can't change lock screen!!!

Okay, I've tried it under gallery, I've tried to click and hold on the main screen, I've gone through the display settings, and also the wallpaper settings.
For some reason, any time I try to save a new lock screen image, it brings it up to crop in Google Crop... I crop it, amd hit save, and it only saves the picture.... it does not change the lock screen! I have also tried to change both wallpaper and lock screen, and the same thing happens.
I should also add that I do not have any additional apps for wallpapers or galleries. Just the stock ones.

Hi, I managed to change it after Resetting my app preferences. You cna do it from the application manager.
