Android Central Question
A few months back my S10+ got an update which reset most settings back to default. Changing almost everything back was fine, but the one thing I can't seem to change is my notification sound. I can change it to any normal Samsung notification sound, but the option to add other files to that list has disappeared.
For example if I want a custom ring tone, I go to the menu to choose the new ring tone, and I can press the + button at the top to add my own audio file to that list. This is how it used to work for the notification sounds as well, except now that + button isn't there any more and I can't seem to find any other option to add my own audio files to that list.
I've been waiting for an update to give me this option back but after so long I've lost faith that it's coming. So does anybody know how I can add my own custom notification sound again? Half of the normal options are obnoxious or annoying, and the other half I can bearly hear as I'm hard of hearing.
Thanks
