Can't Change Notifications Anymore

Ever since my phone updated yesterday, I have been unable to change anything about my notifications. Even though I go in and change the notification sound and vibration pattern, it never changes. It always stays as the long vibration and email sound for everything.

Anyone having the same problem?

I have this same problem. Only my phone calls pattern changes. I can get the sounds to change, but the vibration pattern stays the long vibration pattern for everything. I even tried setting a custom pattern for a group of contacts, and it showed to be set to it, but it stayed the default single long vibrate. I did a software update too and no change.
