Can't complete my unlock pattern

I just got a new Note 10+ and it's been working fine until like 30 mins ago. I try to unlock my phone with my pattern but it won't let me complete my pattern. My pattern is a letter M made up of 7 dots, but it only let me go to the 5th dot and not registering the last 2. I try again and again, switch to the S pen, try to clean the screen but nothing works.

Try a soft reboot by turning the phone off and on.

Can't reboot without unlocking it first.

If your log into your Samsung account on the phone , go to this website and use same Samsung sign in to unlock it

At this point if you can't remember the passcode or pattern , you'll need a factory reset.

Even after i hard reboot it, it still not working. Even if i try different pattern, it will always stop connecting after the 5th dot. This is a really stupid issue on such high-end phone.

usually there is a backup method like a pin #. is that not setup?

I probably forgot to set that up, just did a factory reset, let's hope that i can get into the phone. I'll probably stop using pattern from now on.

Usually should be 2 set ups ..
You do face id =pin or password
Fingerprint=pin or password
