If things were working previously and it's just a matter of all your Chromecasts dropping off your networks a few hours ago, I would almost suspect a networking issue. Assuming you've restarted your Chromecasts, is it a matter of your mobile devices are just not auto-detecting them or that you can no longer see them on your networks at all? (Check one of your router's set up menu and see which IP addresses are being assigned to which devices.)
