I've got my old Galaxy S4 that I don't have phone service on, it's mainly used around the kitchen connecting to our WIFI for internet connection to do things like looking for recipes etc.
I did a factory reset on it today, (actually did it twice) and it shows the WIFI is connected at the top of the screen, however it can't connect to the internet.
As mentioned, this phone doesn't have a phone plan on it and it's a Sprint phone. It was working fine prior to the factory reset.
Any clues?
