Cant Connect to PC and Fast Charge not working

I have a brand new S6 edge+ , cant connect to pc and fast charge not working. I cant return it because I bought it from abroad.

I have tried the ff:
1. Pushed the cable all the way
2. Changed cable and adapter
3. Usb debugging turned on
4. MTP turned on
5. Cleaned the usb port
6. Factory Reset
7. Safe mode

Welcome to Android Central! Can you try connecting to another computer? Or try a different USB port on your computer as well.

Done. Still not working.
I think my unit is defective

Try reinstalling the firmware using Samsung Smart Switch.

Also, make sure you don't have a clone or knockoff phone. Install CPU-Z and see what kind of processor it reports. If it's MediaTek, it's a knockoff.
