Can't Connect to Server with 2.2

Just updated 2.2 and now I can't connect to the server to send and receive emails from my 2 church accounts. Other 2 email accounts work fine. Everything was fine before the upgrade to 2.2. Two Verizon Techs in the "Authorized" store both were unsuccessful and told me to call and get Tier 2 on phone. Just got off with Tier 2 Rep and she said 2.2 will not support my server and recommended "Touch Down" from emarket. Local Verizon Store employee said to forward to gmail. What do you suggest?

Ok, can anyone at least tell me if this is a Droid X or an Android 2.2 problem? I need to be able to get my church emails on my phone.

Did they work on 2.1?

If so, delete the accounts on the X, then add them back.

I had a problem with exchange and that fixed it.

Yes, they worked on 2.1 The Verizon techs deleted and added them back to no avail.
