One question I've not seen, have you erased the Sync from your Bluetooth, then performed a Volume Down/Power hard reset, then attempted to re-pair the phone to Sync yet? It's worth a try, there might be a simple error in your device that a hard reboot will reset.

Couldn't find anything useful. Thanks for trying your best to help me, but I give up. My S7 has just turned into a piece of garbage, too many problems and I'm tired of screwing with it. I've ordered a new phone.
Sorry:(
Your welcome!

Which phone did you get?

Volume Down/Power takes a screenshot.

Probably that latest firmware has the bug that doesn't work .

I have a dumb question: Is there any way to take my S7 back down to such a basic configuration that it will let me install the previous version of the firmware? Or do you know of another firmware update for the S7 in the works that might fix it? BTW, my new S10e bluetooths to my Ford SYNC with no problem.

Only place might have the previous version is sammobile or xda , for xda you have to search there site in older threads.
