Can't copy contents from device internal Memory

[AC Question]

I'm Using HP voice Tab 7, Android Version 4.4.2. My SD card or Pen drive is recognized by the Device and at the time of Moving / coping content from internal storage to SD Card, it is showing not supported by the Android version.
Though my samsung smart phone having the same version of Android is working fine while Moving / coping content from internal storage to SD Card
