Can't Download any Themes?

I don't know if it is the Oreo update - but I've been wanting to try out Themes. I thought it would be nice to have a theme on all the screens etc. But when I press download on any of them in the Theme App, it does nothing. When I try to download individual wallpapers, no problem. Anyone having a problem.?

Yes, I've never used a Theme that changes all the screens. When I tried it won't down load. But I still can do any individual one, like AOD, Wall paper or lock screen video, but none that do all those and the phone screen etc.

What oreo is it 8.0 or 8.1 are you factory unlocked im tmobile and im on 8.0 but there preparing to get ready to release a security patch sept , security patch

8.0 Sprint with the Sept 1st security patch. Just wondered if I have something switched off or on that is blocking it from downloading.?

Did you try calling sprint maybe samsung could help also Samsung has helped me in the past as well hope this helps

I chatted on the Samsung + app, and finally got the answer. You can't have "Show button shapes" turned on or else you can't download any Themes! Settings - Accessibility - Vision - Show button shapes. The Samsun + app worked great. Chatted with an expert and he immediately got the right fix for my problem.

Great info, thanks for sharing. I didn't have any problems and I'm on Sprint, but now if I do I'll know why.
