cant download apps over 3g or 4g

I used to be able to download apps using 3g but now i cant. Only time I can downlaod is over wifi. I need help I think I might have changed a setting while messing with it.

I not sure if this would cause it but open app store and go into settings and see if update over wifi is checked.

Nothing is checked in developer.

Blame Sprint. It might be something requiring your data to be reset... update profile?
