can't download from play store to my moto e. please help.

When downloading it just keeps running. Nothing work's. Ple

Try going to Settings>Apps and look for Google Play Store and Google Play Services. Find them and clear the cache on both. Then reboot. If that doesn't work try holding down the power button and both volume buttons to enter recovery mode and clear the entire cache from there. That should do it. Occasionally I get an issue saying invalid APK when the cache gets too full, once or twice it just kept running in a loop.

I have tried repeatedly to download playstore to my Galaxy S4 phone and it will not allow me to do so. And I'm really sick of Google making changes in the system that caused 2 to louse my app to begin with. If they update their systems they should update all so everyone's programs are completed.
