Can't download pictures from Turbo2

When I try to download pics / video (or any files for that matter) I get an access denied when copying from both the internal storage and SD card. I haven't encrypted the card and can see all the files and folders.

Download to what? How? Just copying to a PC shouldn't cause that.

Yes, just to a PC. I can browse the phone and copy files between the internal storage and the SD card using the PC, but I can't copy to the PC without getting an access denied. Makes no sense to me.

I figured it out. It won't let me copy direct to a USB drive. I have to copy to the PC first, then copy it to the USB drive. I've tried it on Win 7 & 10, same thing. I don't know if it's a Windows issue or an Android issue, probably windows. Whoda thunk it?
