Can't download Pixel wallpapers?

Specifically I am trying to check out this "Burst" under "Come Alive" and it just sits there and never downloads?

You mean that live wallpaper isn't already on the phone? On my Pixel 3 XL, it's a preinstalled LWP (but I don't see that circular arrow icon at the bottom). Is that an animated icon, like it's trying to set the wallpaper but doesn't finish?

All I have at my house is WiFi, and after force closing the app and trying to download again it just sat there.

Not sure if it's an actual animated wallpaper because it won't download for me to see lol no they aren't pre-installed on the phone.

@BigMosely, are you using the Wallpapers app, or are you long-pressing an empty part of the homescreen, tapping Wallpaper, then Live Wallpapers, and looking there?

I am long pressing on the home screen then going to Styles & Wallpapers. I don't see a Wallpapers app in the app drawer?

I wouldn't be able to check. I don't have any sort of mobile data at my house, only WiFi.

Same issue here. WiFi and or data download starts then stops. Never downloads.

Oh, the phone doesn't have a SIM, or your wireless plan doesn't have data?

Ok the fix on mine was clear data cache and force stop. Pixel live wallpaper in apps list
