Can't download through browser.

Well I use to be able to but now I can't? I switched to the deoxeded roms so not sure if that's the problem. I like the stock broswer and didn't want to use other alt.
Anyone have problems with this?

Have you tried it using Wi-Fi? Try to isolate whether it's a connection issue on your end, or whether it's a problem on ESPN's end.

Does the same happen with different browsers? Try clearing cache for the Download Manager in settings - apps - all tab. Reboot your phone and see if it helps.
