Can't establish a reliable connection to the Google play servers

Message pops up every time I try to sign into Google play store, and no sign in = no more new apps. I recently factory reset my phone so I am in desperate need of help.

Ensure you are getting a good data connection. Then open application manager, find Google Play Store, and wipe data. Go back to Play Store app and sign in.
