Cant find Media Storage file to enable it after diable

I had an error about media.process etc, and saw the fix was to clear cache and disable media storage under app manager. I went to go backa nd enable it, but it is gone and I can't see any of my pics or videos. help..

Download the stock firmware for your model of phone and CSC & Product code and flash it via Odin as per the instructions and video contained in the links of #1.11 of 42 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide.
