Can't find Smart Lock on Verizon SGS6 with Marshmallow

I see Settings-Lock Screen and Security and Settings-Privacy and Safety. I have looked in all of the subheadings in both areas and I can't find Smart Lock. I tried Search but there were no results.
What am I missing?

I should state that it is the on body (in the pocket) function I especially want.

Go to Settings - Lock Screen and Security - Secure Lock Settings - Smart Lock

Under my Lock Screen and Security, I do not have Secure Lock Settings.
Phone is SM-G920V, Android version 6.0.1
Screen lock type is set to Swipe. Is that a problem?

I would say that's the problem, try switching to pattern and see if it shows up.

It shows up for me after changing the lock screen type to PIN (It will likely work with other lock screen settings).
