Can't find voice files on S3

I used S3's Voice Recorder, and have even renamed several of those voice files, but when I access the phone via USB from my Windows 8, Explorer doesn't list any files. On S3, details states the files are stored at /storage/extSdCard/Sounds but on Explorer, Card>Sounds shows as empty and my Explorer is checked to show Hidden items

My voice recorder version is 0.1
Android ver is 4.4.2
My device memory is 4.2G free

Welcome to Android Central! When you connect the phone to the PC, swipe down the notification panel and tap the USB notification. Make sure MTP (or File Transfer) is checked. Then see if Windows File Explorer shows the files in those directories.
