Can't find wi-fi network

My Active 1 doesn't find the wi-fi network when I scan for it. It finds others sometimes but not the one I want. I have the settings set to sync with my phone connections but they don't. And when I try to manually connect it it says that it cannot find that network. Any tips please guys?

Is the network you're searching for 5ghz? Galaxy watches only support 2.4ghz.
