Okay so I have the Lg optimus V from virgin mobile . And I would always flash different roms onto it just to try them out .
Recently I flashed the JellyBean WIP Alpha 7 rom . And I kinda wanted to go back to another rom . But whenever I try to flash any other rom onto my phone It says that the installation failed .
Help ?
:(

Backups are always the golden rule for flashing.
But you know that now.
Anyway, can you boot into recovery?
(with the phone off, hold power button, home button, and up volume button for about 10 seconds)

you should be fine, you just dont have a backup to restore if things like this poop up...
boot to recovery>
mounts and storage>
format boot>
format system>
format data>
format cache>
format sd-ext (if you have one)>
format dalvik>
flash rom/gapps>
reboot>
if you still get install aborted, try disabling signature verification before flashing, or download fresh copies of whatever rom/gapps youre wanting to use, and follow the method above... :-)

I Still Get the installation aborted .

What recovery are you using and what rom are you trying to flash?
Have you tried a fresh download? You could have a corrupt download of the rom you are trying to flash

Rom Manager Clockwork mod . And I don't think so . Because all the other times every rom worked perfectly until this jelly bean problem happened .

ROM Manager is bad for the OV, it can end up in a brick if you slip up.
I used Jerry's Green Recovery and it's great.
