Can't get IMEI to unlock as network no longer exists...

Hello,

I've recently changed SIM only deals for my youngest, going from Vodafone to Sky and the PAC has just processed this morning, so she could keep her old number.

However I wasnt aware that her S10 was locked to Vodafone!

Now it's asking for the SIM unlock code and when I'm attempting to get my NUC from Vodafone, I can no longer process this form as I can't get the IMEI due to the lack of a Vodafone network.

Is there another easy way I could get this IMEI number? So I can start the ball rolling on getting the NUC?

The household is now looking at me like I'm an fool that should know how to solve this, as I got them into this mess.

Can you get to the emergency dialpad? If so, dialling *#06#* may reveal it.
It may be *#06#.

Have you already spoken to Vodafone support about carrier-unlocking the phone? Are these the steps you were following? www.vodafone.co.uk/vodafone-uk/form...r Vodafone device,your device within 72 hours.

That site says they can't help you if you didn't get the phone directly from Vodafone -- is that the case?
