Cant get into my LG G3 it's asking for a "Back Up pin" which I don't recall ever making one up

Need help getting back into my LG G3 phone unlocked and for some reason it's now asking for a "Back up Pin" or sign in to my Google account which I don't have and the Back Up Pin I never made one up so I need someone to help me with this Back up pin question. Has anyone ran Into this problem and if so what did u do to get passed this screen and back into the phone thank u please I need to get this phone up and running for my business.

Welcome to Android Central! You don't have a Google account associated with your phone? That's usually a crucial step in setting your phone up--otherwise, you can't access any of your Google apps (like Gmail, Calendar, etc.) or install any apps from Google Play Store.

First post, looking to bypass security features is anyways suspect....
