Can't get notifications on lock screen after Feb 2015 software update???

I can't get notifications showing on lock screen after updating software.
I've already been into Notifications > App notifcations and ticked priority boxes but still doesn't work.
Also tried the 'Lock Screen' section as well, but it only has option for hiding 'Incoming calls'.
Please help!

What notifications? calls? SMS? CNN News Alerts?

In Sounds & Notifications, you have a sub menu saying 'When device is locked'. What have you selected there?
