I went to the settings and the option to use it anywhere is greyed out. I'm using the note 4 on sprint with lollipop update . Anyone know how to enable it?

I'll have to check the 's voice. And I'm on sprint , just got the download today for lollipop.

Has anyone on sprint with lollipop been able to set okay Google everywhere? It's still just greyed out.

Same here, I tried turning s voice off, still no Google on lock screen on or off. Works on home screens.

Mine too, may be because. I have to German rom?? My languages are all set to English though...

My Android line up: HTC One M7, Note 2, Moto G 4G, Oneplus One, Note 4.

No issues my side. Both google now and s voice are working on LP.

Here is a picture of the setting.

Spint - Lollipop

My voice settings are grayed out too BUT "Ok Google" works exactly the way it did before. I can use when locked and on any screen

I believe S-Voice needs to be turned on in order for the Ok Google detection to work.

S voice is on. I messed with the settings on there and it still doesn't work.

I have this problem too, I have the note 4 on sprint with lollipop and can't get Okay google to work. I have disabled S voice enabled it, disabled it again and still nothing. Probably have to wait for Google to update or our version of lollipop to update.

Dang. This is a feature I use a lot . I hope they fix it soon.
