Can't get rid of Vimeo app icon from predicted apps selection

Earlier today I tried to watch a video from the browser and it opened the Vimeo player to play it, but now I have the Vimeo app icon stuck in my predicted apps list, and I don't even have that app!!

I can't get rid of it... Please help.

If it's a predicted app it won't go away until you start using other video apps. Not sure if long-pressing it yields any options to remove, though.

That looks like a Vimeo Instant app, that little lightning bolt in the icon.. Do you have that feature turned on in the play store by chance?

Hey thanks a lot guys, I managed to get rid of it by downloading Vimeo from the Play store and then uninstalling it again...

I'll bear in mind what you posted for next time. What the heck are Instant Apps anyway?!

Just a simpler way for you to try/use apps without actually downloading them. Think of it as streaming a movie...but for apps.
