Can't hear conversations while on LTE?

Hello everyone. I have the 2015 moto g 2g ram 16g memory. I am very pleased with the phone. Only one problem I can only hear phone conversations when its on 3g mode when using LTE can't hear anything on either end. Is their anyone out there with a fix for this? Please help

Most carriers do not support VoLTE and even if they did, the Moto G 2015 does not. You need a GSM connection (3G/HSPA/Edge) to make/receive a voice call via your carrier.

What you are experiencing is normal.

Hello everyone again and thanks for all the feed back. I Just want to add something to the post I added previously. I was fortunate to receive the new update for android marshmallow and with this new update my phone call issues has been solved. When running LTE the phone will automatically switch to HSPA+ for phone calls. This is in reference to 2015 moto g 3rd gen on T-Mobile network.
