Can't install any apps downloaded from chrome.

I have been trying yo install apps but once I press install all I get is something that says

Check your security settings and make sure that the option "unknown sources" is enabled.

Have you tried using a different browser? Also you could try clearing cache and data for the download manager in your settings. See if that helps.
