Question Can't log out of Excel

Hey all,

I am using Microsoft Excel on an Android phone. When i sign out of Excel and go back to the app, it automatically signs back in without asking for my email and password.

I tried everything to stay signed out. I deleted the account from settings, i deleted the app cache and storage, went to airplane mode and back, i even uninstalled the app. But when i reinstall the app it again logs me in automatically.

How can i sign out of my Excel account when i am done and keep it signed out?

you can log out with this method: In any Office app, from the Recent screen, tap the person icon.
press your name (don't tap View Profile).
then press Sign Out > Sign Out again to confirm.
then Close all Office the apps.

Do you have any other Microsoft apps installed? I'm wondering if there might be some Microsoft-wide login mechanism they use where if you chose to log in automatically on one Microsoft app, then all associated Microsoft apps will do the same.
