Can't make any call in guest user mode in HUWAEI GR5 2017

[AC Question]

I have a HUWAEI GR5 2017 and as usual it has a main user and a guest user......... But when I switch to the guest user I can't make any call, don't get my contacts, and have problem with wifi or using mobile data..sometimes it connect but sometimes the network don't work! SPECIALLY IT'S PAINFUL FOR ME THAT I CAN'T MAKE ANY CALL!!! I need the solution urgently.. please help

You probably can't call anybody because your a Guest and also you won't get your contacts because that is Private information
