Can't make up my mind between the S6 Edge+ or the Note Edge... Any advice?

I am with Sprint and currently up for an upgrade from my Note 2. I can't decide if I want to get the S6 Edge+ or the Note Edge. Clearly you can tell I like the edge feature. Does the Note Edge have more functionality with it's edge screen or does the Edge+?
With my current phone, I find myself using the S-Pen less and less.
I like the removable battery and SD-card slot, but don't NEED them.
Any reasons why I should choose one over the other?
Thank you for any advice you give me.

I have the edge plus and I had a note 4 I thought I would miss the spen but with the side functionality it is really great . The apps and the contacts really are handy . I love love love this screen , this phone just screams classy and I haven't missed the note at all!!

List the things you want and the things you like and and just pick the device that will do the job for you. If you want the S-pen then it's the note. IF you don't need the S-pen then the Edge+ will do. No need to rack your brain and make a big deal out of it. You take what you need and want, then find the device that fits most of those things.

The only thing I am afraid of is dropping either phone a certain way and the glass shattering...
I can live without the S-Pen. I like the edge functionality, but does the Edge+ have the same or more functions than the Note Edge?

Edge plus has a little more on the sides with the contacts and most used apps, but I prefer that side screen , the internals are basically the same!

They are two different phones that have their own perks and separate functions. They are the same hardware wise internally but serve 2 different purposes functionality wise. No need to obsess over functions as they serve 2 different markets in who they target. If they were to be too similar then what would be the need to make 2 different phones. If you rack your brain obsessing over if you will be missing out on features you will always be waiting for the next phone and then the next.

I completely agree with you maj71303, the only bad this is I fit well into both markets... I may be missing features from one to the other, but that's okay. I'm fine with that. Just trying to figure out which functions I like more over the other.

Only way to do that is to go and play with both at a store hands on. they both have features and functions the other one lacks so you have to do your own hands on to see which one fits you.

Don't be fooled by the stunning looks of the Edge + lol. Long term, the Note 5 is the best choice.

Edge+ looks fantastic though...

Why do you say that? Have you tried the edge+ and abandoned it?

Not trying to be argumentative. I'm one of the largish numbers of folks talking about this who loved earlier Notes, doesn't use the S Pen, and love how the edge+ looks.

What am i missing?

This is true only for certain people. I upgraded from the Note 4 and not a single regret. In fact I went and bought a gold one and gave my first one (silver) to my partner. I loved my Note 4 but I used the S-pen maybe once a month and only for taking quick notes, I can do the same with S memo bound to a gesture on nova.

The S6 edge is thinner, noticeably lighter and much more beautiful than the Note 5. If you're not a heavy S-pen user it's a no-brainer S6 edge+ all the way it's not even close. The Note 5 offers nothing outside of the S-pen functions that the S6 edge+ doesn't.

I have both phones they pretty much the same but the s6 is definitely a conversation starter
