Can't open Excel Spreadsheet. Can't work w/ Form Controls

[AC Question]

I've been trying to open an excel spreadsheet and keep getting this error message.

Can't open file - This verson of Microsoft Excel can't open workbook with : From Control

I have tried both the Microsoft Office app and just the Excel app. Neither work. I can open all my other spreadsheets, just the one I use most often won't open.

Any ideas/help?
