Can't open images on decrypted SD card.

Some time ago I encrypted the memory card on my Samsung Galaxy J5. After that I decrypted the memory card and could not open my pictures. I connect it to a computer, but they can't open there either. I tried many image recovery programs but none of them managed to restore my images. I read on the internet that if the memory card is formatted, but before that the images should be transferred to a computer and then returned to the memory card and maybe then they will open. I did that too but nothing has changed. :(
Is there a chance I can get my pictures back?
Does anyone know how I can get the pictures back?

Sounds like something went wrong during the decryption process or with the card. Can you actually "see" files on the card?

Yes the pictures are on the memory card just can not be seen. All the pictures now show up with a blank screen.
Is there a way to fix the images?

CAn you try placing a new file (any type) on the SD card. Can it be opened Properly? Please do this while the card is in the phone, then try in your PC. Let me know what happens?

After formatting the memory card the new images I took can be opened, but the previous images I decrypted and returned to the memory card after formatting it thinking they could be opened I can not see yet.

OK it seems the card is fine so if recovery tools haven't helped I think they're gone. They weren't synced to your Google Account?
