My phone is one swipe screen and to change it asks for a password I tried my old one (the only one I have ever had on my phone) but it won't work what do I do? I have reset it and this is an ongoing problem I am 100% sure my old password is right. My phone is a Galaxy J16 if that helps. I want to clarify its an ALREADY EXISTING PASSWORD it's asking for IT IS NOT ASKING ME TO MAKE A NEW one I have asked this question SEVERAL times and have got no decent answers!
