Can't receive mms via wifi calling at&t

[Android Central Question]

I am unable to receive MMS with Wifi calling. Making and receiving calls and SMS works fine and sending MMS works, but receiving MMS doesn't work. I've heard MMS only works on cellular data, which contradicts me being able to send MMS over Wifi calling. I've heard you can go to developer options and enable "Mobile data always active" but that so-called solution just keeps mobile data on when using WiFi which prevents Wifi calling from enabling, so it would be the same as just disabling Wifi calling. So... Has anyone had a real solution, to where you can receive MMS over Wifi calling in a no service area? Using Samsung Galaxy S8 Pie on AT&T. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY ABOUT HOW YOURS WORKS JUST FINE

Att been having this bug on Samsung stock app, until they fix this can try Google message.
