can't receive texts from iPhone users

I got this phone now I can't receive texts from iPhone user's if they have I message on but on my galaxy note 3 that I just let go for this phone I could receive texts from iPhone users but not from HTC one m8?

Check settings in the messaging app that you are using. I had that problem with my SGSIII. There should be settings to allow sending and receiving sms, and mms from iPhones. Also, you need those settings to use emojis for iPhones. Apple keeps their IOS so tightly controlled, that someone from Android had to invent those settings.
