I'm not getting a code sent from my payroll website to my phone. It just needs to verify my identity on the computer. This is the first time experiencing this problem, usually I get codes sent with no problem. My employer said the message is being blocked by t mobile. Tmobile said there are no blocks set on the phone and all they suggested was a master reset-this seems to be there answer to everything. I checked every setting in messages and the application manager. Most of the threads/questions I've found had to do with sending short codes, not receiving them. Anyone else have this problem?
