cant reflash stock rom

optimus V been inactive and i have IHO atm, but there's no activate app so im trying to go back to stock OPV rom but when i flash it, it boots and plays "virgin mobile, ding!" but thers no display, just dark light...

tried reflashing, wiping cache etc...

so can anyone recommend a custom rom that is stable and has the activate app for virigin mobile?

ok i falshed a 2.2.2 nandroid backup i found and its working now, but how do i update to gingerbread? its saying its up to date :/

There's no official gb. Flash IHO for your gb needs.
