cant remove my screen unlocjk pin

i have forgotten the unlock pin for my itel it1450 E PHONE WHEN I TRY TO FLASH IT IT DOESNT WORK OUT WHEN USING HAND RESETING IT DISPLAYS A BLANK SCREEN

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by trying to flash it? Did you try to flash a new ROM? Flashing a new ROM will wipe your data, so why not just do a factory reset? You'll still have to enter your Google username and password, though, since that will trigger Google's Factory Reset Protection.
