Can't save edited files

Andropen Office can open odt and sxw files on my chromebook but it refuses to save them if I edit them. I can create files, and save, but not edit and then save again.

I have downloaded the latest version of AndrOpen Office from the playstore and I have an ASUS Chromebook, also new.

Welcome to Android Central! Which Chromebook do you have?

Open your App Drawer, then right click the icon for Andropen Office and select App Info. Then make sure Storage permission is turned on.
