Why is that? Click to expand... So you don't have the phone setup with a wireless carrier? Text messages don't use wifi and wifi calls will only work with a VOIP application.

DotLGphn Well-known member Aug 30, 2014 66 0 6 Dec 18, 2014 #3 What is VOIP application? I think I might have figured it out. If I could remember the next time I'm at my sister's house or anywhere else with wi-fi, I think I need to have "Data" turned on, too.
