can't send text messages!

I cant send any text messages because message blocking is active I can't figure out how to turn it off. I checked the Do Not Disturb settings and the spam settings as well and I still can't figure it out. absolutely ridiculous what a dumb feature to have please help me before I break this phone

I believe that you may have to do it by logging in to your carrier account and changing the setting there.
