Can't sent sms messages

I’m with pageplus and I switched from a note 2 to a galaxy s5 and purchased a new 4g pageplus sim card. Everything works fine but I can’t send sms messages, only mms. I’ve tried a 3rd party, factory reset, rebooting, and alot more options. I don’t even have the message centre option, I don’t have all the sms options that other androids have. I be tried *#*#4636#*#*, nothing is working. Pageplus told me I didn’t need my phone flashed because I purchased a 4g pageplus sim card.

Hi, if you have tried everything I would suggest speaking to your service provider, get their opinion on the issue. Can you receive and make phone calls?
