I have a Doogee Y200 phone, and I cant set my ringtones, I set one ringtone and in about 1h its changed to something totally else. Ive tried contacting Doogee support and I didnt get a response....rip. I also tried to add the wanted song / ringtone to a "ringtone" folder in some location, like Ive seen online and that didnt work either so this is my last chance to have a normal ringtone that I want for real...
UPDATE
Since I cant answer on the post for some reason, ill write here:
I HAVE tryed preinstalled tones or tones that came with the phone, same thing happend.. help

Welcome to Android Central! Make sure the custom tone is saved to the Ringtones directory on Internal Storage (not the SD card).

If you choose a preinstalled tone, does it still change after an hour?

No, I cant fill in all the spots cuz I my uncle bought me the phone so I dont know what to put in, I sent an email to this email adress "support-service@doogee.cc". which is also on the site somewhere, and it just didnt work, they never responded..

Well I guess this isnt really that big of a problem since I totally stopped using ringtones and my phone is always on vibrate or silent. Anyway thanks for the help, shame we couldnt find a solution, god knows what seem to be the problem

If someone is still looking for a solution for not being able to set a ringtone, try the MacroDroid app (free or pro), make it so when you recieve a call the app plays a selected sound, add that after you pick up, reject or mute the call the sound is stopped, the 2 ringtones will go off together tho, but there will be at least one ringtone that you choose
