Cant setup a Exchange Active Sync Mail

i have tried to install on my new P10 mail accounts with exchange active sync that worked on my honor8 and honor 6x. But they just won´t work here. I have tried the Blackberry hub, the integrated mail client and both wont work.
If i use the outlook app it works. Any ideas?

I have just struck the same issue here Outlook works fine but the mail app does not on the P10. We are running Exchange 2007 here, is it possible Exchange 2007 is no longer supported in the mail app? I know Outlook 2016 no longer supports Exchange 2007.

I also had same problem, my system uses Exchange 2007 and also came to the conclusion of backward incompatibility - As an act of desperation tried putting the 'optional' username in on the entry page instead of in the main detail entry page and it logged in and synchronized from then in.
