Can't stop certain emails coming into my spam

I have been getting some emails in my spam,from women dating sites and from different countries telling me they have found money that belongs to me I want these stopped I'm a very happily married woman and love my husband these emails r getting out of hand.

Welcome to Android Central! It's spam -- that's what spammers do. The vast majority of these emails aren't even from real people -- they're automated. The only way to avoid spam is not to use the internet at all. That's why there's a Spam folder -- the email system can figure out pretty easily what's spam.
