Can't swipe down or hit the lower buttons

Ok...try resetting the phone app by long pressing it then tap info , scroll to storage and clear data,cache,force stop it

Tried it and it doesn't help.

No, when I'm on a call. It's like everything locks up and becomes just a phone only. Can't hit any buttons (except the keypad for the in call) or swipe down for notifications.

No I can answer. It only starts locking up after I answer the call or before I answer like when I get the notification that someone is calling (like to answer or reject).

Do a factory reset? If it were my phone behaving like that I'd factory reset and see how things go.

No, it doesn't automatically answer. I can manually answer.

OK, open your phone app and 3 dots upper right corner tap settings and scroll through the menu and see if you can choose pop up instead of full screen and test it that way

Only auto rotate screen. Everything else is turned off.

Ok, so when I receive a phone call (just tested) it's full screen and can't hit any keys or slide down.

Ok..so keep it with small pop up on , probably a bug that should get fixed in next update
