Can't sync mail on home WiFi/LTE

I use the Gmail app to access my work email, when I am connected to the office WiFi, i am able to send and receive mail but on 4G/LTE and my home WiFi, it fails. We use MS Exchange on our mail server. It used to work just fine before, but our ISP had a cable cut and they gave a new IP address. Could it be because our domain host has not pointed our domain to the new IP address? I have also checked on a Galaxy A7 and Galaxy Note9, they also have the same problem using Samsung Email.

I figured out the problem, our domain host had not updated the MX/DNS records, and the domain was was still pointing to our old IP address.
